This year will be our sixth annual event – and it promises to be bigger and better than ever! The first day’s event, the NiteFest, will be held in the Church parking lot – under the tent on Saturday evening, June 4th. Last year’s event was a big success, and this year promises to be even better!
The FunFest will be held on Sunday, June 5th. As in the past, we’ll have a lot going on! The park will be filled with children and adults enjoying the various activities: Live entertainment; children's rides and games; retail & food vendors, and more!
All of this has to be managed -- and we need your help!
Last year we had almost 150 volunteers. We had good weather and a great turnout; and we needed every volunteer!
We’re asking you to spare a few hours on Saturday or Sunday, whatever day and time works for you. Volunteers help with set-up, clean-up, serving food, selling tickets, working the games of chance and the children’s events. Being a volunteer doesn’t take that much time and it’s a good way to get involved in – and give something back to your community. You’ll get a chance to meet some of your fellow parishioners and have a good time!
It is so nice to live in a small community and even nicer when you can say hello to people you meet on the street because you know them through events like the FunFest. We hope that you'll join us!
